GESTRA Overflow Valves and GESTRA Pressure Reducing Valves

An overflow valve provides constant primary pressure for steam, gases and liquids in all energy and process networks, independently of secondary pressure.

Pressure reducing valves reduce the pressure of steam, non-combustible, neutral gases and liquids in all energy and process networks.

Both the pressure reducing valves and the relief valves are pre- and low-pressure side relieved single-seat valves that work as a proportional controller without auxiliary energy. Both consist of the housing with the trim, bellows unit, spring, handwheel and the drive and a water reservoir to protect the membrane against overheating in the case of steam and liquids above 100 ° C.
