Team Lead (m/f/d) – Export Department
immediately full time
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Export team – both factually and organizationally
- Provide technical sales support and con-sult with international existing and poten-tial clients
- Develop sales strategies to differentiate from competitors
- Handle customs processes in cooperation with international partners
- Ensure compliance with export regulati-ons, including applying for, managing, and monitoring export licenses and controlled goods lists
- Order-related purchasing
- Coordinate freight and logistics with ship-ping providers
- Take occasional business trips
- Negotiating customer terms and monitor customer-related targets
- Reporting to the management
Your Profile:
- Commercial training or similar qualificati-on
- Profound knowledge of customs processes and basic foreign trade regulations
- Initial experience in a leadership role
- Confident and professional demeanor
- Business-minded and proactive
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written); additional languages a plus
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Team player with a flexible mindset
